Having won 3 regional champion titles, Paul and Catriona were invited to attend the awards ceremony at the House of Lords on 8 July to receive the ‘Midlands Champion Butcher’ award for 2026. Receiving an additional, national award - Highly Commended – marked an unexpected and exciting moment for them.

We are so pleased to have extended further to create a lovely new barn full of fresh produce - and so much more! Replacing our previous market-style set up, we have a fresh new look complete with fridges and freezers packed with new and exciting ingredients.

Our latest recruit!

Dave started making friends locally and the first one was Shummy, our local butcher. He loved going to Shummy's farm shop for banter while buying his favourite pieces of meat for our meals or exchanging opinions on recipes and methods of cooking.
