Year on year we're pleased (but never surprised) to report our 5-star food hygiene rating from East Staffs Borough Council's environmental inspectors.

The FSA come and check us regularly on the way food is stored, managed and handled, including the cleanliness of our premises and food understanding of our fabulous team.
