Learn our tips on seasoning, searing, and resting to achieve a steakhouse-quality finish.

Cooking instructions:
Bring your steaks to room temperature, drizzle in olive oil then season generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Cover the whole surface and rub the seasoning in
Heat a pan until it's searing hot – no oil needed
Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for a perfect medium-rare, turning only once to achieve that glorious caramelisation
Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes for that melt-in-your-mouth experience
Flavour inspiration: Elevate with a rich garlic and thyme butter, or a red wine reduction sauce for a touch of elegance.
Side dish ideas: Pair with creamy spinach, sweet potato fries, or a classic Caesar salad to create a feast.
The perfect drink: A smooth Merlot or robust Malbec will perfectly complement the richness of your steaks.
