Our tips for a perfectly juicy burger, along with ideas for seasoning and toppings...

Cooking instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine quality minced beef with salt, pepper, and your favourite seasonings, such as garlic powder, mixed herbs or Worcestershire sauce

  • Form the mixture into palm-sized patties, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm them up

  • Cook in a hot pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a perfectly juicy medium burger. Add cheese at the last minute for that melty goodness

  • Serve the burgers with all your favourite toppings and sauces, letting everyone customise their creations - a burger bar is a great party option

Flavour inspiration: Experiment with fresh herbs like parsley, or add a smoky paprika kick for extra flavour. Top with bacon and cheese for the ultimate bacon cheeseburger.

Side dish ideas: Delight in sweet potato fries, refreshing coleslaw, or a vibrant garden salad to accompany your feast.

The perfect drink: A cold lager or an IPA will add a refreshing touch to your burger experience.
